Neuroticism's definition could be found online and better through psychology lectures by scientists. For me when I was overwhelmed by negative emotions and reacted negatively or relatively negatively I'd say that I'm being neurotic.
However modern neuroticism is an evolution of its own. Where patients had deprived off of his/her ability to leave things on a positive note. It has to be negative in meaning at the end of everything.
(I'm being sarcastic, I'm not a clinical psychologist)
"Wow that painting is something else"
"Yeah, the way the painter chose the colors, what seemed to be off at first actually has deeper meanings"
"Indeed Indeed"
"Also that part where he didn't anything to... Genius"
"Right, I didn't understand that now I understand why he smeared a little sh*t right on the corner there where people would hold onto it"
"That's sh*t?"
"Yeah"
"Oh wow, that's incredible"
"Indeed, I heard his full time job is actually an off-shore miner"
"I see, wow. This painting must worth millions of dollars"
"It's already at 100 million right now"
"Oh, I wish I had 200"
"Me too, he rarely brush his teeth though"
"Eeewkh, Yuck"
"Yeah..."
"That's disgusting"
"Tell me about it"
"Alright man nice talking with you"
"Same here, brother"
"Good bye...", "Bye..."

"Nice weather isn't it?"
"Yeah... this time of the year, we are so priviliged to have this perfect temperature, light, and wind speed"
"You said what I'm supposed to say exactly"
"Cheers friend..."
"Maybe it has something to do with those electric cars replacing the smokey ones"
"Again, my thoughts exactly... I had converted for 10 years"
"Wow impressive, what is it Tesla?"
"Public transportation"
"Ah...."
"Yeah..."
"Bus drivers are some of the best people ever..."
"I almost got killed by one actually"
"Huh? What happened?"
"I stood on the streets"
"Ah..."
"Yeah my friend had to grab my collar and pulled me to the sidewalk"
"Right, this gets dark pretty fast"
"Yeah, seems like it's gonna rain soon"
"Alright, see you... survivor"
"See you later good listener" (ehm... mother fother)
