To keep working momentum up v.02

Problems come seasonally, while people were in a season where everything's available and they had the option to not work, there's a need for keeping up the working momentum otherwise when the trouble times came people would have to pay a huge price to reverse inertia or whatever.  Tell them, thell them that we need to still keep up the working momentum and that everybody should allocate everyday some training times. Rather than obliging people to serious responsibilities that were not really needed, that would cause senses of entitlements that were off harmony or inappropriate. So tell us that we are training for the difficult times and that training is training and such is still some responsiblities and for so were some "extra UBI" or additional rewards (a little). 

Where to find discipline and integrity nowadays

The pandemic has brought us into a situation where the forefront of the spirit of discipline and integrity is focusing in the hospital, among the doctors and nurses, and they are hanging their lives unto it as well as everybody else's. In my opinion if companies or youngsters wanted to search/outsource for the spirit of integrity and discipline currently is the moment where it's obvious where to look.

The Wisdom Department

Any kinds of organizations should be able to implement this: The wisdom department's job is to make assumptions, to compare the assumptions with reality, and to formulate explanations over the discrepancies. Each sections have their own division, so there's a separation of duties there.  The quality of the department's work is measured by how many information it could produce, through the journey of figuring out how to make better assumptions in the future, that lead to policy changes or new policies or increased confidence. For every results such as so should consitute bonuses or rewards for the employees or the members of the wisdom department.  For example if you are one of the tax collection agencies, you would make assumptions over whether or not levels of tax participation would increase or decrease after the COVID19 social subsidies by the government. My proposition of a "Dual Currency" system v.03

Here's an argument: (I formulated it this way when I watched the 2021 Berkshire Hathaway's Shareholder meeting) If Communism doesn't work because it failed to attribute rewards to the contributors, (capitalists being those who saved up resources instead of consuming them and instead of consuming them in the future after they've accumulated, they risked it in assets or businesses to benefit the market) and communist economies failed because they won't reward the capitalists as well as not prioritizing the importance of rewards for contributors as the strong growth factor of the economy... Then in order to maintain and enhance the prosperity of an economy, a country must favor the principal of rewarding the sources of solutions respectfully.  Now, if that's the case then the welfare program, as well as the escalating rates of taxes were against this logic of what's positive for the economy. The real time waster

The real time waster is evil, the potential for misallocation of resources.  You could be sitting there doing nothing, and you'd be observing justice and injustice, so you'd be doing better than those that do some trade offs of good and bad and failed to profit good. Of course doing nothing could be evil as well of course, but it could be a wise decision as well. For some, doing a lot of those is better than the alternatives, for some it is not (unfortunately people like to over generalize). So, the real time waster is evil, just don't be evil.

The guilt of the collective

As a group people tend to be more bold in doing the wrong things, as long as they are together. The guilt is not felt by the individual, but the group could feel guilty.  You see when the group culturally looks for other group's fault, by policy. Something like, as a member of the group it is virtuous to make other groups to do the same things that you guys usually do, spreading the habit. While the habit itself if were done separately would be considered as wrong/evil. It is virtuous to report to the group if one found some other guys / people and also individuals performed such things in hiding. The feeling of guilt is not there, but the symptoms of a guilty person exists for the group as a whole. When we are guilty we are more sensitive to the fault of others, in a way that we could form or find better sanctuaries from accountability.  During the pandemic we distant ourselves from our group, and we felt guilty as f**k. That's that, we need our group to unfelt that, but that&
