Lawful Professional Private Police v.02

As a supporter of many Libertarian ideas I anticipate that governments would face a state where the police departments would be understaffed. In such occassion the government would gather funds from the people and finance private police entities that had the professional education to be professional police forces. Then the role of the original police would be changed into becoming reviewers or overseers of the new "mercenary police forces". I mean this in the context of occassionally not permanently.

This is pretty flexible in a way that we would want a stable income for the police but we also want no incentives to play any "crime farming" game. We could choose an insurance style setup where the "mercenaries" were employed by insurance companies, or just a dedicated company. We could also choose a kind of militia setup where regular people were rewarded for doing police works as long as they were disciplined in the law (because it is imperative for them to not be draconian for their own unjust desires). To have this be more potent we should have better lives for those who otherwise wouldn't conscript.

Piracy and Expectation

If you use a lot of solutions without giving back to the source, You would be exposed to a system or to a world that's not supported by gratitude. The happiness that came from this world is unsustainable And if you hang on to it, the more you do the more your expectations would become unrealistic. So in order to truly become a blessing for your beloved people or person, Give thanks to your sources of solutions, Pay attention, and Create solutions to real problems that really exist in your reach. And if you keep doing it, the more your reach would extend. And with your sources of solutions together, you would have access to power that would allow itself to be focused by you.

The Golden Sticker v.07

So I have this idea to facilitate the culture of "giving back to the sources of solutions". The whole society should realize the importance of nurturing access to solutions. We've learned from global warming, that using solutions without giving back or nurturing the source of solutions would close or scarce the accesses of solutions for us in the future. Realizing this the society need to put on the spot, or question those who enjoy or use a lot of solutions, but doesn't have any receipts or any prove that he/she/it had performed some sort of maintenance or had paid back the source of solutions. When we buy something, we always could ask for a receipt. Now pirates don't get any receipts from software companies or from record companies. However people couldn't just come around and ask pirates to show them receipts... instead providers of solutions or conservation officials could issue stickers as prove of payments, or donations have been paid by receivers o
